In order to become a deck merchant, you must make sure that you have the following criteria filled:
all decks in the deck shop cannot be no more then 300Neos!(illmatic wrote/post this bullet thing)

P.S.-The more you post, the more Neos cash you get ;
- Make sure that you have confirmed with an admin about your deck shop
- Your shop must have at least 5 decks to start off with
- All decks that are posted must have a Neos cost or they will be removed
